New Fic! Doctor Who-Authority: Death Is Just A Dream

After much slaving with mark-up, I have finally got it done and online. This fic is on my website only because of the mark-up needed to make it render as nature intended. In this respect, style sheets are my friend. And yes, I'm trying to fill up space so that this renders right too.
