Oh god, my head. And this is after a triptan, sleepy time, and a sizeable dose of diet coke (caffeine, I love you! And am seriously sensetive to!) so am now not only a bear of very little brain who repeats everything ever, but a cheerful bear of very little brain who repeats everything.

Uh,

huffitty puffity ringstone round
lose your hat it will never be found
so pull up your britches
right up to your ears
and then we'll begin
- Nigel Kneale, Quatermass (novelisation of the 1970s one)

I could really do with the giant ants from the Hammer adaptation of the original. Also, I really want a quote (no, I don't know why) about awaking ancient evil, with bonus points if it's from Doctor Who (and) The Daemons, that very accurate portrayal of modern archaeology (I think they were influenced by the real people who spent months tunneling into a great - possibly ritual, I dislike the trend to deem anything we don't understand as ritual - mount of chalk on national television and finding a big mound of chalk) and the Whicker Man. It had Robert Delgardo, it makes me happy. And, sorry guys, Delgardo is my definitive Master and much as I love the Scissor Sister's dance routine, Simms does not cut it. Though I admire the production team's timing to avoid the line "kiss and fuck at the same time". Yes, I know I Can't Decide off by heart, mostly because the Armando is a nice gay boy story is songfic. Just hopefully, good songfic, and I need to write more of it, since I haven't touched it since I started On the Inside. And my detailed writing muse kicked in on that one, along with the re-write fairy, so it's almost supernaturally good up to the point where Armando reveals a real fake moustache.

Sorry, that bit makes no sense to non-dS bunnies. And neither does this:

(the brane being in a very peculiar feel-no-pain place)
In the book Heroic Failures (or the sequel) there is a bit about the most pointless OB attributing to a US network show of several hours about opening Al Capone's safe with hours of nail-biting tension building only to reveal bupkis.

Is this an influence on "Some Like it Red" (uh, the cross-dressing due South episode with Ray's Uncle Lorenzo - very much the best bit and a bit of a favourite character-wise notthatitwouldsurpriseanyonewhohasreadthebfp - and, sorry fandom, I don't rapsodise about Ben in a dress)

Appologise for migraine induced badder than usual spelling.

love, buzzy

*heart stops* Am I late to the party? Is this fic a'lurking?

I do not get the rhapsodizing of Ben-in-a-dress either, he pulls it as well as Curtis did, which is to say, pretty boys but NO you shall not cross. *shrugs* But then man-in-a-dress only works for me if it is a kilt. (Benton? In a kilt? Yes, this I would pay to see. )

And you under the influence of triptans means I don't have to take mind altering drugs ALL weekend. You explode my brain just as you are. ♥
